One of our specialties...Custom tailored high-density urethane foam (HDU), redwood and cedar signs.. Beautiful.....Colorfully and skillfully created by hand, dimensional blasted and carved.. Your business, your cabin, your church is precious to you. Make sure the sign is effectively designed with skill and craftsmanship..
PRICING GUIDELINES-- Given the fact that blasted and carved signs are labor intensive and each sign is so unique, exact pricing is not intended here, but rather a guideline to assist the customer in determining if these signs fit your budget and desires. Cost for sandblasted signs start at $50 per square foot for larger signs, with extra cost for gold leafed and carved lettering, additional artwork, etc. Our emphasis is always on how we can design the most effective and beautiful sign, and then work up the cost.. Or start with a ballpark budget amount for the project... Multiple sign orders enable us to bring cost down significantly as well.
MATERIALS.. .It is important to determine which type of material will best suit the application and last the longest.. By far, we use more HDU (high density urethane) foam panels than any other material.. It comes in all thicknesses, is dense like wood, but is completely unaffected by the elements. It can be carved perfectly, wood graining added, whatever is desired.. We still do work with redwood and cedar if a natural wood stained background is desired.. Sometimes it is just best for some rustic purposes..Please use our email links to ask any questions about materials and techniques, or just call direct.
